Thankfully the picture business you mention wont come into it as HR do all the picture uploads from the ID card system.<br /><br />We do ask the user to sign off the the AUP and basically we audit every IM, Location and Status change that passes thru the server. This flags up the worst of the "offenders" (in 10 languages!) and usually a quiet word from me and it seldom happens again.]]></description>

I have had several companies ask me lately and even helped draft one once, but I agree, there are too few companies that put in the effort ahead of time. <description><![CDATA[The issue with SiteMinder and Quickr was more a Domino / 8.0.1 and SiteMinder issue, not a Quickr issue that we were able to see. The only real problem arrises when you want to integrate Sametime with Quickr and Siteminder. Quickr alone with Sitemeinder and Sametime alone with SiteMinder both work, it is the integration of all three together that is not suported by Lotus at this time. I will have an interesting time seeing if there isn't a way around it in the near future ....]]></description>
