yep we have one which we wrote ourselves. Thankfully the picture business you mention wont come into it as HR do all the picture uploads from the ID card system.

We do ask the user to sign off the the AUP and basically we audit every IM, Location and Status change that passes thru the server. This flags up the worst of the "offenders" (in 10 languages!) and usually a quiet word from me and it seldom happens again.]]>
