Victor Toal June 23 2008 10:13:58 AM I normally don't get all teary eyed and such, but my daughter was recently awarded Student of the month for her grade level by the Rotary Club here in town. We did not know anything about it but it turns out they select one child each month that has to have show itself as an outstanding individual both in academics and in their personal life ... They go through an interview process and for some reason the Rotary club thought that my daughter was a good candidate. that must be all Japanese the genes from her mother's side ...
