GTD& eProductivity - I am now a believer

Does anybody out there know the acronym GTD? GET THINGS DONE.

I listened to the Taking Notes Podcast by Bruce Elgort and Julian Robichaux and unfortunately missed out on going to the Lotusphere session by David Allen but  ... it was always someplace there in the back of my mind. Heck - I get busy and forget things ... and then kick myself in the behind for it. Lists, memos, to do lists ... they helped but I kept dropping the ball on myself.

Then, I recently listened to Bruce and Julian's podcast again and they had Erick Mack on. Eric has been working with David Allen for many years and has been developing eProductivity - a GTD enabled tool for Lotus Notes. Eric offered a special for listeners of the podcast so .... I went for it. I bought the license, applied the template to my mail file and ... voila!! I am cured. I already got more done in a few days then I usually get done in a week. I actually got to stuff that my family was sure I would forget and I now finally have a complete list of my commitments, projects and a much better way of keeping track of them. And, because it is in my mail file, it all replicates down to my Blackberry.

I encourage all of you to go and have a look, here are the links:
